A device to regulate the temperature in a premise of a construction, for example of a greenhouse, contains a rod power element, one end of which is fixed on a frame of the greenhouse, and the second one is connected with a transom through a transmission gear. The rod power element is made as a thermobimetallic one, one end thereof is rigidly fixed on the frame of the greenhouse, and the second one is connected, by a belt, to a crank of a tooth sector, which is engaged a gear wheel, mounted on a transom-turning shaft, arranged in a plane passing through a centre of gravity thereof.
