The safety bush construction has a through-hole (41) provided in a center of a safety bush (40), which is formed from a metal disk. An upper end (42) of the safety bush is designed in the form of a straight opening, and arc-shaped clamping jaws (43) are arranged outwards at a base in a ring form. A lock for an end head of the spoke is formed in an inner side of the jaws. Connection slots (45) are formed at a side of the safety bush by the winding of the metal disk. An edge surface of a cavity (46) is formed between the clamping jaws.
