摘要 <p>The production of sinter product useful as hot plate and as shielding body for radioactive radiation, comprises filling a mold (1) with a mixture having particles of metal, metal alloy and/or heat-volatile binder, hardening the mixture by binding the metal particles with the binder to allocate the hardened object with form pattern, which copies the basic pattern (2) of the mold, shaping the hardened object by the mold and heating the hardened object for removing the binder and for binding the particles partially with a back filling, which exists out of particles of solid material. The production of sinter product useful as hot plate and as shielding body for radioactive radiation, comprises filling a mold (1) with a mixture having particles of metal, metal alloy and/or heat-volatile binder, hardening the mixture by binding the metal particles with the binder to allocate the hardened object with form pattern, which copies the basic pattern (2) of the mold, shaping the hardened object by the mold and heating the hardened object for removing the binder and for binding the particles partially with a back filling, which exists out of particles of solid material. The filling of the mold is carried out in such a way that an area (3) is partially filled over the basic pattern with a first filling, which is hardened under aid of measures to form a first layer having layer strength at the basic pattern. Before heating the hardened object, the second filling and if necessary further fillings are introduced into the area over the basic pattern after the hardening of the first layer for forming a second layer and further layers. The measures exist for the formation of a layer in which an extrusion body is introduced into the mold. The measures are implemented in such a way that the strength of the layer is formed partially uniform over the surface of the basic pattern. The first layer partially covers the surface of the basic pattern or another layer partially covers the surface of the layer formed by the measures. The part area of the basic pattern is directly formed from natural surface, so that the transmission of specific functional characteristics is enabled by natural surface and other surfaces. The sinter product is produced with electric-, electromagnetic- and/or magnetic characteristics by infiltration with electric semiconductor- or electric conductable materials. An independent claim is included for a sinter product.</p>
