The present invention concerns prognosis for glioblastoma and/or assessment of the response of an individual to therapy for glioblastoma treatment. In particular, expression analysis of two or more specific genes provided in the invention is determined to predict outcome for the individual and/or to predict if the individual will respond to therapy, such as chemoradiation, for example.
