A secure viewer USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory stick is provided to enable a user to encrypt data when the user stores the data to the USB memory stick, and view the encrypted data without installing an exclusive program to a user PC by installing a module for automatically encrypting decrypting the/data and viewing the encrypted data stored in the USB memory stick. A password is set when the files are stored to a secure viewer USB memory stick. A packing structure signal is analyzed and a unique key value is assigned when the password and a list of the files are fixed. The files are packed and stored to the secure viewer USB memory stick by generating a plurality of dynamic keys and performing an encryption and file structure modification processes. The stored data is not viewed by packing and encryption even if data stored in the secure viewer USB memory stick is copied. A decryption module stored in the secure viewer USB memory stick is used to view the data stored in the secure viewer USB memory stick. Unpacking and decryption processes are performed based on information such as the registered unique key when the password is verified.
