PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve viability, operability and efficiency of a fish preserve of a live fish-transporting means to be towed, pursuant to the fishing vessel fishery enabling a large amount of catch, and to enable conservation-tending of marine resources and sustainable effective utilization. SOLUTION: The fish preserve constituted of a multiple structure of a fish vessel 18 independently separated into a fish preserve body 1 and the fish vessel 18 is the light fish preserve to be towed, having operation function for itself by having a guide light 9, a light attracting fishing lamp 10 and an edge light 11. A net door 4 of an intake opening is enlarged, and a sinking and floating operation is facilitated by a bellows-type float to improve efficiency in the fish preserve. The enlargement of the volume and the net door 4 of the intake opening extremely improves the operability and the viability. As a result, the fish preserve becomes the light fish preserve to be towed with a high additional value and in an environmental conservation type achieves the conservation of the marine resources, the big cutdown of fleet construction in the fishing vessel fishery, and the reduction of energy, person and manpower, and enables caught fish to be alive as an ultimate quality control method, and the sustainable effective utilization of the marine resources to be achieved.
