<p>Disclosed is a boat propulsion device that allows production costs to be moderated. An outboard motor (10) comprises: an outboard motor body (12) for propelling a ship (S1); a trim bracket (14) that supports the outboard motor body (12) in a trimmable manner and includes mutually facing plate-like side sections (66a, 66b) and a plate-like front section (68) that mutually couples the side sections (66a, 66b); and a clamp bracket (16) that may be attached to and detached from the side of the boat and is connected to the trim bracket (14) through either the side sections (66a, 66b) or the front section (68). The clamp bracket (16) includes a swivel bracket (96) attached to the trim bracket (14) and a holding unit (94) that holds the swivel bracket (96). The swivel bracket (96) and the holding unit (94) contain a convex surface section (116) and a concave surface section (124), respectively, and the concave surface section (124) and the convex surface section (116) have identical curvatures.</p> |
