The element has a carrier i.e. foil, and a textile knitted fabric (2) laminated on the carrier. The fabric includes chain strands (3) and straps (4) connected with a hook-and-loop fastener hook in an effective direction (W). The carrier and the fabric are not completely connected with each other. An adhesive forms a lattice pattern with perpendicularly crossing adhesive strips (6a, 6b) and adhesive-free cells. One of the adhesive strips runs in the effective direction. The chain strands are provided between the adhesive strips.. |
