The invention defines the inclusion of graphene in plastic materials used for generating filaments useful in 3D printing processes, such as Fuse Deposition Modeling (FDM). The graphene phase may be dispersed in the polymeric matrix, in a conventional extrusion or coextrusion of the filament, leaving the composite phase exposed to the layer that will be brought into contact with the heating and/or softening elements of the plastic material in the prototype equipment. The inclusion of graphene materials in thermoplastic matrixes such as ABS, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, improves the qualities of thermal conductivity and fusion of the process to the material, also improving the macroscopic properties of the formed product. |
