PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic guide sensor capable of highly accurately controlling the width alignment of an automatic carrier at an optional distance in an analog manner, reducing the number of components, eliminating the necessity of any complex amplifier circuit of a large amplification degree, reducing material cost, and processing and assembling cost, and adjustment cost, and improving quality reliability.SOLUTION: Magnetic detection elements S1, S2, and S3 are arranged on one end side, the other end side, and the middle part of a printed board 2, a magnetic density changed accompanying the displacement of an automatic carrier in the width direction of a magnetic guide tape is detected by the magnetic detection elements S1, and S2, a detection signal is subjected to an analog arithmetic operation by the arithmetic amplifier circuit of a circuit element 3, and the width alignment of the automatic carrier is controlled based on an analog arithmetic output. The output voltage value of the magnetic detection element S3 is added to the displacement detection voltage value of the magnetic detection elements S1 and S2, the added voltage value is compared with a comparison voltage value, and when the added voltage value is smaller than the comparison voltage value, a derailment signal for accident prevention is output considering that the automatic carrier has shifted from the magnetic guide tape by a predetermined distance or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
