PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve advertisement effects.SOLUTION: A distribution device includes a reception unit and a distribution unit. The reception unit receives an advertisement request made by an application that operates on a terminal device. When the advertisement request is received by the reception unit, the distribution unit distributes display candidate advertisements other than advertisements related to the application that is a transmission source of the advertisement request, to the terminal device that selects a display object advertisement from among display candidate advertisements that are advertisements to be display candidates in the terminal device on the basis of information related to installed applications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
