The present invention relates to a device for controlling an analog-to-digital converter. The analog-to-digital converter controlling device comprises: a bit setting unit which sets an input signal as an upper bit area and a lower bit area; a control unit which performs a single sampling with respect to the upper bit area and controls the analog-to-digital converter to perform n number of samplings (n is an integer larger than 2) with respect to the lower bit area; and an output generating unit which generates an output value by using the sampling results of the upper bit area and the lower bit area. As such, according to the present invention, a conversion speed can be increased by reducing clock counts compared to the existing multi-sampling method. |
