According to the present invention, by applying CDS in an SAR-way ADC to increase SNR, error correcting efficiency can be increased. In addition, the CDS is possible by adding a simple sampling circuit to change a sampling input every one sample in the SAR-way ADC, thereby increasing error correction efficiency and increasing SNR through a described new sampling method.
