According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a submarine antenna having a cover to reduce noise. The submarine antenna includes a body member, an antenna telescopic member which moves up and down through a hole formed in a submarine according to a use state of the submarine antenna and is flexibly extended and contracted, and the cover which is combined with the upper end of the antenna telescopic member and covers the hole when the antenna telescopic member is not used.
