According to the present invention, a strain of Saccharomycopsis fibuligera MBY1320 (KACC93213P) degrades starch, allows ethanol fermentation, and has excellent heat resistance. Accordingly, in the case of manufacturing fermented liquor, a manufacturing process can be simplified, and manufacturing time can be reduced. A manufacturing method of fermented liquor uses a strain of Saccharomycopsis fibuligera MBY1320 (KACC93213P) as a fermenting strain.
