The present invention relates to an electric heat cable using electricity, and more specifically, to an electric heat cable which covers an electric wire (electric heating element) with a polyimide-based sheath. The electric heat cable containing an electric wire according to the present invention further contains a bimetal temperature switch where the electric heat cable is operated depending on the temperature of the electric wire. When the temperature of the electric wire is over a predetermined temperature, the electric heat cable blocks the power applied to the electric wire. When the temperature of the electric wire is equal to or less than a predetermined temperature, the electric heat cable does not block the power applied to the electric wire. |
