摘要 A fast and reliable method for the determination of multiple drugs and their metabolites belonging to different chemical and toxicological class from a biological sample is provided. The method involves mixing of biological sample with internal standards which does not require sample extraction or derivatization prior to analysis. Further the samples were analyzed by scheduled multiple reaction monitoring using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS).
