<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set an access privilege with respect to a folder having a hierarchical structure, and electronic files held in the folder, and to immediately apply the set access privilege. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic file management device 1 is provided with: a personal identification means 25 for authenticating a preset user; an access privilege specifying means 30 for specifying the access privilege with respect to the folder and the electronic files in accordance with an instruction of the authenticated user; an access privilege writing means 40 for writing the specified access privilege into an access privilege management table 45; and a reference instructing means for instructing an update of reference with respect to an application program referring to the access privilege management table in response to writing to the access privilege management table 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
