The present invention relates to a protection case for an electronic device, an electronic device assembly, and a method for manufacturing the protection case. According to the present invention, the protection case comprises: a first layer having a shape corresponding to a shape of the side surface and the lower part of an electronic device such that the electronic device is received therein; a second layer formed on outer circumference of the first layer; and a third layer formed on an outer circumference of the second layer and exposed to the outside. The second layer is made of a transparent material, and the first and third layers are made of an opaque material.
