In the present invention, an advertisement platform apparatus and an operating method thereof are disclosed. In other words, the advertisement platform apparatus can guarantee that sales of products will reach the sales target during an advertising period by determining, with respect to a cost per sales (CPS) advertisement, an advertisement providing frequency in an estimation period after a specific period on the basis of the accumulated selling price and the advertisement providing frequency during the specific period within the advertising period. The advertisement platform apparatus comprises: a providing unit; a verifying unit; and a determining unit. |
