The present invention relates to a passing device, a valve, a receiving apparatus having the same, a content moving device, and a content device. The passing device comprises: a passing part which is formed in a housing to guide the movement of contents. The passing part has a content passing unit for moving the contents. Therefore, the present invention secures a passing space for the contents, prevents the contents except for a demand from being received therein by controlling a passing space and a receiving space, stably guides the passing of the contents within a certain range, and prevents the contents exceeding the demand from remaining by restricting the receiving space of the contents, thereby controlling the amount (number) of the received contents. |
