PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste recovery device for a beverage extractor capable of efficiently performing recovery and disposal work of waste generating by extraction and filtration of beverages, and capable of informing an operator, when performing the disposal work, whether or not the used paper filter should be disposed of easily and surely.SOLUTION: In a coffee extractor 1, which extracts beverages by using a raw material and water and which filters the extracted beverages by a continuous paper filter P, a dregs bucket 31 includes: a box-shaped bucket body 33 in which an upper surface is open; and a take-up member detachment part 33a which, in disposing of extraction dregs in the dregs bucket 31, when a roll part wound around a take-up reel 43 of the used paper filter P is larger than a predetermined diameter, makes the take-up reel 43 detach from a reel holder 42 by pressing the roll part forward according as the dregs bucket 31 is removed, and accommodates it in the bucket body 33 together with the roll part. |
