PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit arrangement structure to a front passenger seat kick board and its assembling method in which arrangement of a control unit to the kick board can be made possible although the kick board is convexoconcave, the control unit can be protected from a foot load of a passenger, and, in a case of a front collision, front side displacement of a tibia protection pad is controlled and displacement of the toe tip of a front passenger to the front side is restricted.SOLUTION: A tibia protection pad 12, a control unit 14 fixed at the upper part of a set plate 13 and a heel stopper 16 are arranged in this order from the vehicle rear side to the front side, and the upper part of the control unit 14 is concealed by a cover plate 17. Upper surface parts of the tibia protection pad, the cover plate and the heel stopper form, in cooperation, an inclination surface part 18 which is almost continuous in the back and forth direction, and the upper part of the inclination surface part is concealed by a floor mat 21. The cover plate comprises an engagement part for fitting the heel stopper and a pad engagement part 17j which suppresses front side displacement of the tibia protection pad. |
