PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of preventing deviation in stop positions, even when changing a time from when a stop operation is made by control of stopping reels by full-phase excitation till the reels are stopped at the same positions.SOLUTION: Control of a reel motor when stopping reels includes two types, i.e., normal stop control and low-speed stop control. After a detection of the stop operation, the normal stop control stops the reels at target stop positions as quickly as possible and the low-speed stop control stops the reels slowly at the target stop positions compared with that of the normal stop control. In the latter, even when stop operation is executed at the same timing as that of the normal stop control to stop them at the same stop positions, a time required from the execution of the stop operation till stopping the reels becomes longer. In the low-speed stop control, the rotary speed of a rotor 32a when starting the full-phase excitation is slower than that of the normal stop control and inertial force is weak, so that the full-phase start position of the low-speed stop control is determined at a position closer to the stop position than the full-phase start position of the normal stop control. |
