PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mass production of malacostraca (soft shell) just after the molting, the soft shell being used for soft shell cooking by culturing the shell-fish having behavior of cannibalism using individual breeding.SOLUTION: An automated mass production device comprises a system for: containing the breeding shell-fish in an individual container 1 with an opening part on the top and arranged planarly; breeding the shell-fish while automatically monitoring it by an image acquisition device comprising a surveillance camera 9 and a fiberscope camera 10 from the upper part; and automatically harvesting the soft shell in the individual container 1 where the molting is identified by image recognition by the manipulator driven and controlled in conjunction with the image acquisition device. A process before taking out and cooling the malacostraca after the molting reaching a shipping size from a breeding line before the hardening moves is automated, and the mass production of the soft shell production is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
