A micro drill step grinding machine is provided to perform loading and unloading of materials by using a selective rotation of a rotor using at least two chucks. A micro drill step grinding machine includes a conveyor part(200), a machining part(300), and a fixing part(400). The conveyor part has a conveyance base plate(210) selectively and reciprocally moved to a center of a bed(120), a spindle(228) rotating the conveyance base plate, and a conveyance frame(240) for loading and unloading a material. The machining part has a grinder(310) and a polisher(320). The fixing part has a V block for supporting the material, a fixing roller for selectively pressing the material, and a cylinder for vertically moving the fixing roller. |
