It can be administered without causing tachycardia and gives little influence on the heart. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I wherein Ar is group of formula VII and R<4> is H can be produced by subjecting the compound of formula II and the compound of formula III to dehydrative condensation reaction under alkaline condition, cyclizing the obtained compound of formula IV with hydrazine hydrate, hydrogenating the resultant compound of formula V and reacting the product with a compound of formula VI.</p> |
