A block (14) transmits forces to at least one force or pressure sensor (30) arranged within the block or in close contact with its elastomer material. The block is deformable in the axial force measuring direction. The block is tightly fixed in the vertical cross-section to prevent deformation in this direction. The enclosure can be a casing or a corset. The casing has at least one bellows consisting of metal, an inelastic fabric, hose or plastics, or made of sheet metal material or as a plastics coating. The corset (18) consists of a coil spring, of rings arranged close together, or of rows of rings arranged at a distance, partially concentric to each other.
