The physical disorder, which results in excess lipids being formed in the bodily tissue, is treated by alternating the pressure drop and pressure rise in the breathing air supplied to the patient. The appts. for carrying out this form of therapy consists of a breathing mask (1) which encloses the patient's head to provide a hyperbaric breathing system for the patient. The mask (1) is connected to a bottle (2) containing compressed air by a flexible hose (5). The hose is fitted with a pressure reducing valve (4) and the mask is fitted with a reducing valve (6) and a manometer. USE/ADVANTAGE - Hyperbaric therapy device which can be connected to other appts. to avoid pressure shock.
