<p>PURPOSE:To enable a job for setting plural pieces of intermediate fittings to a hose at specified relative angles so accurately and simply in a speedy manner. CONSTITUTION:According to this method, there are provided four processes as follows; 1) to attach one intermediate fitting 10A tight to a hose 1 by means of caulking, 2) to insert another intermediate fitting 10B in the hose 1, 3) to determine each relative angle of engaging parts 4A, 4B of both these inter mediate fittings 10A and 10B with a specified caulking jig 100, and 4) to caulk the other intermediate fitting 10B in a state of holding each relative angle of both these engaging parts 4A and 4B by means of the caulking jig 100. With this constitution, the hose accurately clamped so as to make the relative angle of these intermediate fittings 10A and 110B become a specified angle is manufacturable and, what is more, its operation can be done simply and speedily as well.</p> |
