<p>A system consists of a numerical controller CNC (1) with a BAC (5) and a shared RAM (6), a programmable machine controller (PMC) (2) with a PMC-RAM plate (8), a RAM 9(0 and an interface (10), a man-machine controller MMC (3) with an interface (11) and a manual data input device (CRT/MDi) (12), and a ROM cassette (13). The initial values of PMC parameters are stored in the PMC-RAM plate (8) together with a debugged program, and then transferred to the ROM cassette (13), which takes the place of the PMC-RAM plate when the system is in use. When an initialisation command is given from the CRT/MDi (12), the initial values stored in the ROM cassette (13) are instantly transferred onto the RAM (9) and the shared RAM (6).</p> |
