摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To provide a system for efficiently and economically recovering energy from a mixed gas composed mainly of methane and carbon dioxide gas such as anaerobic digestion gas. CONSTITUTION:This energy recovery system comprises a desulfurization column 2 packed with an iron-based desulfurization agent and supplied with a mixed gas composed mainly of methane and carbon dioxide gas from a mixed gas generation source, a gas-refining column 3 packed with activated carbon and supplied with the gas from the desulfurization column 2, a methane-enriched gas separation apparatus A of pressure-swing adsorption system provided with plural adsorption tanks supplied with the gas from the gas-refining column 3 and filled with carbon molecular sieve having an average pore diameter of 3-4Angstrom and a gas decomposition apparatus 5 to perform the reforming decomposition of the methane-enriched gas supplied from the methane-enriched gas separation apparatus A. The hydrogen gas obtained by the gas decomposition apparatus 5 is used as an energy source.</p> |
