ELECTROSTATIC DUST COLLECTOR

PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic dust collector capable of easily earthing a dust collection electrode or a discharge electrode. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic dust collection apparatus 11 constituted by inserting anode pins 17 being discharge electrodes in square pipes 12 being dust collection electrodes is provided in a case 2. A door part 7 is provided to the case 2 in a revolvable manner and an earth spring 8 and a press spring 9 are attached to the door part 7. The earth spring 8 is separated from the anode pins 17 when the door part 7 is closed and brought into contact therewith when the door part 7 is opened. The press spring 9 is brought into contact with the square pipes 12 when the door part 7 is closed and separated from the square pipes 12 when the door part 7 is opened.
