PURPOSE:To obtain water-soluble paper and a processed product of water-soluble paper using the paper, useful as a substitute for conventional paper and processed product of water-soluble paper, recyclable by recovering the paper and the water-soluble processed product. CONSTITUTION:The water-soluble paper comprising a film or a sheet material obtained by making a water-soluble copolyester soluble in warm water set at least <=95 to 10O deg.C or a composition composed of it as a main component into a film is used to produce liners 1a and 1b and a corrugated material 1b. The liners 1a and the corrugated material 1b are bonded with a water-soluble copolyester-based adhesive 1c into a corrugated board structure to provide the objective the water-soluble corrugated board product as a processed product of water-soluble paper.
