PURPOSE:To obtain a metal mold having resin coated inner face for molding a metal/resin composite pipe in which the pipe production speed can be enhanced as compared with a metal mold in the conventional continuous production method, while making uniform the thickness and the surface roughness of resin layer, by increasing the discharging quantity of resin. CONSTITUTION:The inventive metal mold comprises an outer die 1 having a resin channel 1a, and an inner die 2 having one end secured through a fixing member 3 to the vicinity of the forward end on downstream side of the resin channel 1a and the other end extending over the forward end of the outer die 1 and facing the inner face of a metal pipe 13. The fixing member 3 comprises a tubular outer frame 3a extending along the inner wall face of the resin channel 1a with a radial position regulating mechanism 4 being provided between the outer frame 3a and the inner wall face of the resin channel 1a, and a plurality of arm members 3b extending from the inner face of the outer frame 3a toward the center and holding the inner die 2 at one end part thereof.
