PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose the main body of an ozone sterilization device at a low cost and at the same time, in such a manner that the device is operated with high safety, in the ozone sterilization device connected to the outside of a space to be sterilized through a duct. SOLUTION: An outflow/inflow space 5 communicating with a space to be sterilized through a duct is divided in the main body of an ozone sterilization device, and an air blower 8 and an ozone deomposition device (ozone decomposition catalyst 10) are arranged in the outflow/inflow space 5. In addition, an ozone generation part 22 for supplying an ozone to the outflow/inflow space 5 and an ozone sensor 36 for detecting an ozone are arranged at the outside of the outflow/inflow space 5 in the main body of the device. Further, a corrosion inhibitive material is used in a limited part in which the ozone is circulated, so that the sealed condition is adequately controlled, and at the same time, an ordinary type of material to be used in an atmosphere is used for any part other than the limited part. For the leakage of the ozone, the generation of the ozone is suspended by detecting the leakage or the ozone decomposition device is activated. |
