A device for reinforcing a head of a PHC pile is provided to make installation easy and to cut down on the manufacturing cost by manufacturing in a factory and assembling in a construction site and to minimize the interference caused by reinforcing bars after installing a head reinforcing device by inserting reinforcing bars to fitting holes and rotating. A device for reinforcing a head of a PHC pile comprises: a lower support plate(10) formed in the disk type to have the larger outside diameter than the inside diameter of a PHC pile to be inserted to the PHC pile and provided with cutout parts(11), many fixing holes(12), fitting holes(13) and bending parts(11'); an upper support plate(20) formed in the disk type to have the enough diameter to cover up the PHC pile and provided with many fixing holes and fitting holes(22), many fixing members to prevent upper, lower eccentric movement to keep a head of a PHC pile at the reinforced state safely and many spacing pieces(23) to connect the PHC pile with concrete tightly and to prevent the leakage of concrete after placing concrete; a supporter(30) composed of a wire(31) to fix the upper support plate and the lower support plate strongly and to increase the strength of concrete placed together with reinforcing bars, a clip(32), an I-bolt(33) and a nut(34) to connect the lower support plate and the upper support plate; and reinforcing bars(40) inserted to the fitting holes of the upper support plate and the lower support plate. |
