A data storage method in a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable a user to select a moving image, a message, and a particular area in a phone book file as well as photos stored in the terminal, or to convert overall screens into one photo file so that the user can view the converted photo file through a photo slide. A user selects a slide menu, and selects adding of a new slide(S60,S61), then selects desired photo data(S62). If the user selects a photo, a list of photo files is displayed in a photo album of a mobile communication terminal, and the user searches the photo files to select a photo file(S63,S64). If the user wants to capture a desired part, the user presses a capture key, and expands/reduces a particular area to store the selected area in a buffer(S65-S68). If the user wants to use the selected photo file in a slide as it is, the user selects the photo file and stores the selected file in a slide database(S69,S70). |
