摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling liquid composition for a fuel cell in which increase of conductivity due to oxidation of a base material is small even in a long-term use and in which the initial conductivity can be maintained. <P>SOLUTION: Because the cooling liquid composition for the fuel cell has at least one nitrogen atom in a molecule, and because at least one nitrogen atom contains in which atomic groups composed of (a) hydrocarbon of which the carbon number constituting the main chain is 3 or more and its derivative, or (b) amino alcohol or amino phenol of which the carbon number constituting the main chain is 2 or more and to which atomic groups composed of hydrocarbon and its derivative containing a hetero atom are bonded, increase of conductivity of the cooling liquid due to oxidation of the base material is effectively suppressed, and the initial conductivity can be maintained even when it is used over a long period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
