PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the space factor of a winding wire within a wiring groove formed in a coil winding part by a method, wherein both ends of the wiring wire are made to position on the outermost periphery of the winding wire wound in a multilayered in the winding groove. SOLUTION: A coil winding part 11 is made to hold on a spindle 35 of a winding wire device to bring the part in the middle of a wiring wire 16, which is fed from a spool 33 of a flier 31, into contact with a winding shaft 12, and at the same time, the end part of the winding wire 16 is fixed on a wire holder 37 of a number-of-turns setting means 36. Only a frame body 32 that of the flier 31 rotated in a state such that the spindle 35 is fixed so that the spindle 35 does not rotate, and the winding wire from the spool 33 is fed to the coil winding part 11. After the winding wire is wound three turns on one side of flanges within a winding groove 15 formed in the winding part 11, the spindle 35 is roatataly released, and at the same time, a stopper 34 of the flier 31 is actuated to fix the bobbin 33 on the frame body 32. Then both ends, which are positioned in a third layer of this coil, of the winding wire 16 are pulled out from the groove 15 formed in the winding part 11, and are respectively connected with metal plate terminals 17. |
