PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect turbulence at winding a coil without requiring for inspection time. SOLUTION: A linear material 11 is moved parallel to axis part 10a of a bobbin 10, and the bobbin 10 is rotation driven to wind the line material 11 around the axis part 10a of the bobbin 10. Irradiation beam is emitted from a probe part 14 of a sensor means 17 which emits the irradiation beam to a winding proceeding end T of the line material 11 and receives its reflected beam for outputting a signal representing the intensity of the reflected beam, to inspect the presence of the linear material 11 at the winding proceeding end T position for determining the presence of winding turbulence. Thus, winding turbulence can be inspected during the winding of a linear material. |
