PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission and reception system, which can freely change the physical channel arrangement of retransmission without replacing a receiving terminal or changing an operating method even after the physical channel arrangement of retransmission is determined once and operation is started, and the transmitting device and receiving device used for the system at low prices. SOLUTION: An information control part 107 extracts the relationship between respective logical channels of broadcasting and transponders, relates it with the physical channel(frequency) arrangement of retransmission, and outputs its relative channel selection information data as a data stream to a correction code addition part 108. Then an error correction code for retransmission is added, an interleaving process, etc., is performed, and a 64QAM modulation part 109 performs digital modulation to a determined frequency band. |
