PURPOSE: Proper control of negative pressure of disposal valve in coke oven is required to improve the quality of coke. CONSTITUTION: The invention is disclosed a control method of negative pressure of disposal valve jointed to gas supplying pipe and air supplying pipe, connected with the lower part of combustion room in coke oven having multiple combustion rooms. The disposal valve is controlling the pressure of disposal combustion gas by negative pressure in the same range of it between two close combustion rooms. The controlling method enables the complete combustion of coal, keeps the temperature of oven constant and improved the quality of coke. |
