<p>A food washing apparatus includes means to generate a sheet-like water jet stream which should be forced against foods (10) such as marine products including edible jerryfishes (10J), seaweeds, shucked or shelled shellfishes or the likes, farm products including vegetables or fruits and so on while they are conveyed through a water jet stream (18) distribution area or food wash area (14).
