The fluid is converted to vapor by means of membrane pervaporation and released into the atmosphere. An Independent claim is included for an apparatus for carrying out the process consisting of a housing (1) with a membrane (3) sealed to the outlet for the vapor and an inner chamber (2). The inner chamber (2) is where the fluid to be evaporated is lead using a control valve (5).
