PURPOSE: A repairing mortar(PT POWER-TOP) comprising poly isocyanate(POWER-TOP) formed by polymerization as a main component is provided to repair damaged parts of cement road and old buildings rapidly so that it is possible to have long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: The PT POWER-TOP mortar is prepared by mixing limestone powder, sand, poly cyanate(POWER-TOP) and water in a weight ratio of 100/50: 100/50: 100/10: 100/10, respectively or limestone powder, sand and poly cyanate(POWER-TOP) in a weight ratio of 100/50: 100/50: 100/10, respectively, wherein the used poly cyanate is synthesized by polymerizing isocyanate(NCO) and polyol(-OH), followed by mixing with amine and oils as sub-materials. The construction method comprises the steps of: chipping the damaged part to 3-5cm of depth; cleaning the chipped face by air compressure and wire brush; coating it with poly isocyanate(POWER-TOP); filling the chipped parts with PT POWER-TOP and plastering; surface-treating with grinder and sandpaper.
