PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable auxiliary bag which is inserted in an artificial anal bag to receive excrement from the patient who loses the anal sphincter function because of an ostomy. CONSTITUTION: The disposable auxiliary bag(40) is inserted in the artificial anal bag(10) having a soft cover paper(10a) attached on the surface thereof, a bonding flange(12) located in the upper inlet(11) thereof for detachably bonding to an adhesive hole(20) of an artificial anus, and an outlet(13) located in the lower part thereof. The disposable auxiliary bag comprises an outlet(44) projected from the outlet(13) of the artificial anal bag(10), a double-sided adhesive tape(42) covered with a release paper(43), wherein the double-sided adhesive tape(42) is attached around the upper inlet of the disposable auxiliary bag(40), which is also attached around the back side of the inlet(11) of the artificial anal bag(10).
