PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of outfitting works by easily carrying unitized outfitting in a car and facilitating the fitting in manufacturing a rolling stock. SOLUTION: This rolling stock is formed of an underframe 2, a roof body structure 4, a pair of side body structures 3, and end body structures 5a and 5b. An opening larger than a through passage 6 is formed in a longitudinal end part of a car body 1 and the car inside outfitting is carried therein from the opening part so as to be fitted. The opening is so constituted as to be provided with the through passage and covered with a detachably formed end covering member, that is to say, the end body structure 5a.
