PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel flange assembly allowing easy replacement of a grinding wheel tip for grinding workpiece. SOLUTION: This grinding wheel flange assembly 1 for grinding the workpiece by fixing the grinding wheel tip part 3 to a lower surface of the grinding wheel flange 2 by a grinding wheel holder 4 and making the grinding wheel tip part 3 perform circular motion around a rotary shaft by rotating the grinding wheel 2 is characterized by providing the grinding wheel holder 4 with a recessed part 13 for arranging the grinding wheel tip part 3 and a clamp piece 12 to be inserted and fixed into/to the recessed part 13 and clamping the grinding wheel tip part 3 by the clamp piece 12 and the recessed part 13.
