PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household rice milling machine which reduces noise and vibration of the rice milling machine body. SOLUTION: In the household rice milling machine 1 with a reducer 15 reducing the rotation output of a driving motor 16 and transmitting it to a rice milling axis 8, the above reducer 15 is provided with a sun rotating part 35 rotatably fitted to an output axis 16a of the above driving motor 16, a plurality of planet rotating parts 21 placed around the above sun rotating part 35 at regular intervals one another and placed abutting the above sun rotating part 35, a ring member 34 formed concentrically to the axis of the sun rotating part 35 on the outer circumference of the above planet rotating parts 21 and placed with the planet rotating parts 21 abutted, and transmission members 14, 18, which are fitted rotatably to the rice milling axis of the respective rotating axis ends of the planet rotating parts 21, of which the center part is fixed and connected rotatably to the lower end part of the above driving motor 16 of the rice milling axis 8, and which transmit the rotation output of the driving motor 16 to the rice milling axis 8.
